**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Labourer at our Hearst construction and forestry location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the dismantling of heavy equipment and components, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the disassembly and cleaning of heavy equipment and components
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Perform inventory management tasks
  • Support other shop personnel in their duties and contribute to overall shop productivity

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safe workplace practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a heavy equipment environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Forklift experience and heavy duty parts handling considered an asset
