Position Overview

As a Beverage Service Specialist at RedChillies Sports Bar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our bar.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: We provide training for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure glassware is properly washed.
  • Serve a selection of food and snacks to guests.
  • Offer expert advice on wine choices.
  • Provide recommendations for drink selections tailored to customer preferences.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Handle transactions, including cash and credit/debit card payments for beverages.
  • Accurately record and balance beverage sales.
  • Store and manage beverage and food products effectively.
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock.
  • Take beverage orders directly from patrons or through serving staff.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used.
  • Hours: Expect to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
