About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Canton Garden Restaurant. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Work Environment

As a Dining Room Server at Canton Garden Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
