Role Overview

Welcome and assist hotel guests in a courteous and efficient manner; manage all transactions accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend a warm and professional greeting to guests
  • Manage guest check-ins, room assignments, and inquiries regarding hotel services
  • Promote additional services to enhance guest experiences and optimize revenue
  • Process payments and prepare necessary documentation
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide pertinent information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, such as conducting room tours and providing concierge services

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of front desk or guest service experience
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate computer systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
