Business Analyst Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Compliance Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on compliance matters, ensuring a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, with a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
