Game Producer Job Description

IGG Canada is a leading mobile game and video production studio seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our team. As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full process of game planning, design, development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop game systems, ensuring smooth gameplay and playability.
  • Adjust and balance game metrics to ensure sustainability and a great player experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors and market conditions, and adjust product strategies to improve user retention and revenue.
  • Prepare and review project development plans, control the overall progress and quality of the project, supervise and guide the team, and be responsible for the final outcome of the project.
Requirements:
  • Passion for gaming, with deep experience in mainstream SLG game types; entrepreneurial spirit, industry sensitivity, and a broad vision.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of core game planning experience, including designing at least one complete SLG project.
  • Extensive gaming experience; led at least one successful game product as a producer or project manager (preferably with a significant revenue milestone).
  • Excellent communication and learning skills, with a clear and logical thought process and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the game development process and the ability to evaluate the technical costs of ideas.
  • Outstanding management skills, personal charisma, and the ability to enhance team cohesion and motivate project members.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer.
