About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Development Producer to oversee the ideation and translation of product goals into game features that players will love. This role involves partnering with the Line Producer and Lead Producer to understand product goals and managing project schedules, milestones, and sprint deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Line Producer and Lead Producer to understand product goals and translate them into game features.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Design, Art, UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Lead and drive feature development for high-impact areas.
  • Identify dependencies and promote delivery of requirements across partner teams.
  • Act as a bridge between the design team and project managers, overseeing experience development and management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • Experience developing staged product plans, creating user stories, and deliverables.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile development processes.
  • Familiarity with using data and insights to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus.
