Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Plan and manage budgets, including direct purchases of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders, including project status updates and financial performance metrics
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, or equivalent experience
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
