3. **Responsable de Projet** - Gérer les projets de rénovation de l'initiation à la clôture, en assurant le respect des délais et des budgets.

**Responsabilités Communes**:

- Réalisation de tâches spécifiques à chaque rôle, allant de l'opération d'équipements lourds à la gestion de projet.
- Maintien des standards de qualité et de sécurité.
- Collaboration étroite avec les membres de l'équipe pour garantir l'efficacité des projets.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience pertinente selon le poste.
- Forte attention aux détails et compétences en résolution de problèmes.

3. **Project Manager** - Manage renovation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

**Common Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks specific to each role, from operating heavy equipment to project management.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with team members to ensure project efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience for the position.
