We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings and promotions
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
