Restaurant Operations Manager

Q's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations
  • Establish work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
