Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Delivery Manager to provide strategic guidance and oversight to a team of Project Managers.
This role is open to hybrid work arrangements in Edmonton, Alberta, and requires the candidate to be a Canadian citizen.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Project Managers in delivering high-quality projects within the IS Infrastructure portfolio.
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- 7+ years of experience in IS, with 1+ years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Systems Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to set priorities and development objectives to ensure timely and quality project deliverables.
- Fully committed to completing high-quality deliverables on time and on budget.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
