Technology Division:
The Technology team acts as a strategic ally to various business units, collaborating with leading technology firms to innovate and enhance our operations in an increasingly complex financial landscape. Our significant investment in technology enables the development of advanced trading systems, sophisticated modeling software, comprehensive risk management solutions, and robust client relationship tools.

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in preparing and ensuring the quality of materials for the Technology Governance Committee, Vendor Management meetings, and legal entity discussions. This position will involve:
  • Creating and managing long-term plans and agendas for governance meetings in partnership with team leadership.
  • Communicating project milestones to stakeholders and ensuring accountability for deadlines.
  • Collaborating with departments such as Finance, HR, and Tech Risk to gather necessary data for meeting materials.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on all meeting documentation.
  • Identifying and addressing process inefficiencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Documenting meeting minutes and maintaining records for supervisory review.
  • Monitoring compliance data and understanding the vendor control framework to identify compliance issues.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information for diverse audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to hold team members accountable and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Capability to develop and visualize strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
