Technology Division:
The Technology team serves as a strategic ally to Axelon Canada’s business units and collaborates with leading technology firms to innovate our operations in increasingly complex and dynamic financial markets.
Our substantial investment in technology translates into advanced trading systems, state-of-the-art modeling and simulation software, comprehensive risk management systems, and robust client relationship capabilities, all supported by a global infrastructure that underpins these tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term plans and agendas for governance meetings in collaboration with team leadership.
- Communicate project milestones to stakeholders and ensure accountability for deadlines.
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, and Technology Risk to gather necessary data and create relevant meeting materials.
- Conduct quality assurance processes for all meeting documentation.
- Identify and address process or outcome issues to enhance service delivery.
- Document meeting minutes and maintain records for regulatory oversight and senior management discussions.
- Monitor compliance data and reporting, and understand the vendor control framework to identify compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information for diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable and escalate issues as necessary.
- Capability to visualize and develop forward-looking plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills.
