Your Role: Business & Technology Governance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Business & Technology Governance Advisor to play a crucial role in supporting project governance for technology, data, and operations. This includes overseeing project management system maintenance, financial controls tracking, budget management, financial reporting, and benefits measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on technology project governance, SDLC compliance, and financial controls.
  • Mentor project controllers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to best practices, and financial controls compliance.
  • Support project managers by providing comprehensive reporting and information needs.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis tasks and deliver insightful reports to TDO senior management.
  • Assist in measuring technology benefits and effectively communicate results to FP&A.
  • Manage project management systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review profitability analyses, ensuring comprehensive documentation of cost factors.
  • Actively participate in post-project evaluations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Propose continuous improvement activities to enhance project governance effectiveness.
  • Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, or financial management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technology project management or financial monitoring.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, fostering strong stakeholder connections.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
