Position Overview:
The Fire Safety Quotation Analyst plays a crucial role in assessing fire safety concerns and recommendations stemming from service evaluations conducted by skilled sprinkler technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing fire safety challenges and recommendations derived from comprehensive service inspections.
- Generating cost estimates for property owners, contractors, and potential projects related to upgrades and renovations.
- Completing essential documentation, reviewing architectural plans and specifications, drafting proposals, and finalizing agreements.
- Conducting site assessments and maintaining effective communication with consultants, engineers, contractors, supervisors, and other relevant professionals.
- Overseeing the development of drawings, material inventories, safety protocols, and on-site implementation.
- Coordinating design elements, materials, labor, subcontractors, and any required adjustments.
Qualifications:
- A degree from a post-secondary program in Fire Protection Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in fire alarm inspection, testing, maintenance, or sales.
- Proven organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
