Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Record all sales and/or counter transactions, process parts orders, and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Supply Service Technicians with parts as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays, keeping the parts department clean and organized, and verifying receipting-in of shipments.
  • Follow up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assist in maintaining departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Contribute to maintaining department reports, including inventory levels and stock orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments as directed by the Parts Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Fork lift license an asset.
