Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Malco Architectural Millwork. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our millwork products to existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for millwork products.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and establishing trust.
- Represent Malco Architectural Millwork in a professional and courteous manner, showcasing our products and services.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Resolve product and service-related problems, providing exceptional customer service.
- Advertise and/or promote millwork products, sales, or services, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the millwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong work ethic and initiative.
