We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Malco Architectural Millwork. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our millwork products to existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for our millwork products.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and establishing trust.
- Represent Malco Architectural Millwork in a professional and courteous manner, promoting our products and services to clients and partners.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Resolve product and service-related problems, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Advertise and/or promote our products, sales, or services, leveraging your knowledge of the market and industry trends.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the millwork industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an asset.
