About the Role

The Ladders is seeking an experienced professional to lead our registration function as Vice President, Registration. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the registration function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage and develop a team of registration professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, making recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a business operations or registration function.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and regulatory requirements.
