Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Specialist to provide nurturing and supportive care for children in a home environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being and development of children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The position is based in a non-smoking household, promoting a healthy atmosphere for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding of infants and children
  • Implement discipline methods as directed by parents
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills development
  • Maintain records of daily activities and health information for children
  • Ensure a safe and healthy home environment
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist infants and children during rest periods
  • Supervise and provide care for children
  • Support the emotional well-being of children
  • Assist children with homework as needed
