Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Executive (Customer Growth) plays a pivotal role in promoting Trulioo's offerings to our established mid-market clientele. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage with distinguished clients across the Payments, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Cryptocurrency, and Technology sectors. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring that everyone can participate in the global digital economy, leaving no one behind. You will be expected to leverage your entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and capacity to navigate the sales process by aligning customer requirements with product features and relevant use cases. Daily responsibilities will encompass proactive outreach to your designated accounts, addressing incoming inquiries, and systematically pursuing new opportunities with current clients through various channels, in collaboration with your customer success manager.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance revenue and expand the adoption of Trulioo's products within their organizations. Collaborate closely with Trulioo's customer success managers to formulate account strategies, including the creation of growth plans. Diligently progress all opportunities through the sales cycle while balancing immediate conversions with long-term business prospects. Facilitate the evaluation process for clients considering Trulioo, which includes engaging with the Trulioo team (solution engineers, product specialists, executives), conducting demonstrations, effectively managing all stakeholders involved in the purchasing decision, and utilizing mutual project plans to drive significant events and successful client launches. Regularly update the Salesforce database to maintain data integrity and enhance forecast accuracy.Essential Skills:
Proven experience managing intricate sales cycles, demonstrating quantifiable ROI, and engaging multiple stakeholders (e.g., economic buyers, technical buyers, influencers, procurement, information security) to successfully close deals. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical product specifications and value propositions. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships both internally and externally. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve exceptional results. Proficient with G-Suite (including Gmail, Google Sheets, Slides, Docs), LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Salesforce, and Crunchbase.Qualifications:
Ideally, 5+ years of B2B experience in a software account executive or account management role within a technology-focused environment, particularly in expanding customer accounts across new departments or regions.Working at Trulioo:
