Personal Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team in St-Eustache. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide expert advice on banking products and services to help customers achieve their financial objectives
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
