Agile Transformation Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to facilitate various large-scale projects at Levio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Agile frameworks, with in-depth knowledge of Scrum. Familiarity with other frameworks such as Kanban, XP, and Lean is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively create and maintain a culture within the squad based on organization and Agile leadership behaviors.
  • Ensure the team is fully functional and productive.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Remove barriers and resolve impediments.
  • Engage with Agile Coaches to help identify and deliver training needs to support Agile practices.
  • Coach squad members and provide constructive feedback to drive Agile maturity.
  • Maintain and update squad process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to Product Owner and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with other frameworks: Kanban, XP, Lean.
  • JIRA mastery.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellent presentation skills: ability to communicate clearly and concisely, individually or in front of a group.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, global teams, and senior managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality business solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Visio.
