Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company quality policies and good manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and departmental goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
