Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Kisaan Die Tech North America Ltd. in a rural area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to optimize efficiency
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform production decisions
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality products
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
