- A Bachelor's Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields with sixish years' experience within commercial lending or related experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions in collaboration with partners.
- Subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of sales processes & programs.
- A strong foundation in business modelling & computer expertise is highly beneficial.
