Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Canada Clean Fuels Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, collecting payments from debtors, and performing various clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking, and following up on payments
  • Collect payments from debtors, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and performing general office duties
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels
  • Prepare reports, including accounts receivable and cash flow reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
