Lease Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administration Supervisor to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff on administrative procedures.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to ensure compliance and quality.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative supervision or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
