About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Affinity Senior Services Inc. as a Senior Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions to ensure their health and happiness.
  • Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support emergency staff scheduling and ensure adherence to infection control practices.
  • Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
