LPN Job Description

Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Inglewood in West Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
  • Assist with personal care as required and support emergency staff scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices and assess resident health status.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
