Job Title: Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at CMHA York Region. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial planning and analysis projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial planning and analysis initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, or business administration
  • Professional designation (e.g., Chartered Professional Accountant) or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management position, with a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
