Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant of Canada.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff and ensuring that all employees are meeting their job expectations.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the restaurant's facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
