Food Service Supervisor

At Jealous Pizza N Donair, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and dining staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
