Food Service Supervisor

At Jealous Pizza N Donair, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates to maintain profitability.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
