- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Ensure that the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
- Health and Safety: Follow Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to sanitation and cleaning protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
