Job Summary

The Lead Guest Services Team Member is responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. This role requires excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to assist managers with tasks to maintain a well-maintained and running smoothly facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train Guest Services Team Members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist managers with daily operations and tasks to maintain a well-maintained facility
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail operations or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficient in using a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexible schedule to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
