About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at A-Z Wastebin & Fence Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of dump trucks to transport waste and materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Drive and maintain our dump trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Transport Materials: Safely transport waste and materials to designated locations, following all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate and identify any potential issues.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload waste and materials from the dump truck, taking care to secure the load and prevent damage.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence: Possess a valid Class 3/3F/DF licence, permitting the operation of vehicles with more than 3 axles.
  • Basic Security Clearance: Hold a basic security clearance, ensuring you can access secure areas and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence, enabling you to operate our fleet of vehicles.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to withstand the demands of the role, including long hours and heavy lifting.
