About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at A-Z Wastebin & Fence Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of dump trucks to transport waste and materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive and operate dump trucks to transport waste and materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Load and Unload: Safely load and unload waste and materials at designated locations, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other tasks as required.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Collaborate with our logistics team to plan and coordinate transportation routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of waste and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles) is required.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Work Environment: Various locations, including construction sites and waste management facilities.
