Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for large public sector organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business administration, and ServiceNow experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for complex public sector organizations.
  • Lead projects with an Agile-Scrum framework (SAFe) and collaborate with business stakeholders and product delivery teams.
  • Manage project requirements to ensure efficient, effective, and economical delivery of services.
  • Mentor, lead, and resolve complex staff, client, and vendor issues.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with executives and contractors.
  • Direct, plan, and manage project requirements to ensure efficient, effective, and economical delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience with developing solutions for large public sector organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on and collaborating with business stakeholders as well as other product delivery teams within an Agile-Scrum framework (SAFe).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience participating in the implementation of Service Now modules, portals, planning, and management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience mentoring, leading, and resolving complex staff, client, and vendor issues.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience establishing collaborative relationships at a strategic level with executives and contractors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading organizational change associated with system or process implementations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing new or major transformations of a core business with multiple delivery components (governance, operations, engineering, finance, customer service delivery).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic business planning; contract management; financial management, and leading multi-party negotiations.
  • Demonstrated experience in directing, planning, and managing project requirements to ensure efficient, effective, and economical delivery of services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching multidisciplinary senior management teams in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to challenge and remove any unnecessary barriers to product or process delivery.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Conflict management, negotiation, influence, and issues management skills.
  • Supervisory skills and the ability to provide inspirational leadership, manage performance, provide coaching, motivation, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts, stakeholders, partners, and clients.
