Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead your district, managing daily operations and steering your team towards exceptional performance. Develop and execute tailored plans to foster client growth, boost revenue, and improve the client experience. Efficiently manage annual budgets and optimize workforce allocation to enhance productivity. Organize and lead local business development initiatives that attract new clients and strengthen our brand presence. Recruit, interview, train, and mentor a skilled team of seasonal and off-season Associates. Contribute to strategic analysis of our retail footprint, making informed decisions regarding operational locations. Address and resolve client incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Stay informed about competitive activities and provide strategic insights to maintain our market advantage.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years in a client-focused, retail, or similar environment, showcasing effective leadership and a commitment to success. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a knack for innovative problem-solving. Willingness to adapt to irregular schedules and travel up to 50% during peak seasons. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance are required.
