Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business model.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of culinary and service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with regional directors to drive restaurant profitability and growth.
- Conduct interviews and hire top talent to join our team.
- Develop and implement effective employee scheduling and training programs.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities to team members.
- Model exceptional leadership skills, embodying our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on restaurant operations.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certification, with Smart Serve Certification a plus.
- Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout your shift, with a willingness to lift items up to 30lbs.
