Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage financial administration, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 10 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in finance will be given extra consideration
  • Kick-ass attitude and fun to work with
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive role in companies of similar complexity and growth vision
  • Experience in planning and budgeting, strong finance and accounting background
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, marketing, client relations, HR, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $130,000
