We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Storm Mountain Lodge Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, rural area, hotel, motel, resort.
