Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at A Banff Boutique Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and maintain a high level of service.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
