A Banff Boutique Inn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
