Field Service Specialist – AfterMarket Services (AMS)

Reporting to the AMS Field Service Supervisor, the Field Service Specialist will be tasked with fulfilling frac field service requirements. This role operates on a 15/6 shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement frac field service tasks related to installation services, isolation tools for casing and tubing, frac support, and on-site maintenance.
  • Represent the company positively to clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the assigned service unit, including tools and spare parts.
  • Conduct repairs on customer property as needed.
  • Ensure thorough service records and reports are kept.
  • Support sales and customer relations initiatives as required.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health and safety by executing all operations safely and adhering to company procedures and HSE policies.
  • Travel to other branches for training and to assist at field sites as necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties such as shop and vehicle maintenance as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience in a related industry and product knowledge is advantageous. Candidates with mechanical skills and aptitude will also be considered and trained.
  • Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license; must provide a current driver's abstract.
  • Customer-focused with strong service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in hydraulic systems and accumulators, H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CSO training is considered an asset. Previous experience with ball drop, isolation tools, and frac-related equipment is also beneficial. Certification for Folding or Stiff Boom Truck Crane (22 tonnes and under), CraneSafe or equivalent is an asset.
