Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Sunup Medical Center. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Healthcare Professionals: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Clinic Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure the cleanliness of collection areas.
- Administrative Tasks: Process files and paperwork, schedule and confirm appointments, and order supplies and equipment.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and record data, and assist in maintaining accurate records and statistics.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word.
As a Medical Clinic Assistant at Sunup Medical Center, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical clinic setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
