Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently while collaborating with team members to devise innovative solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to keep your technical skills aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and networking.
  • Utilize various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCloud, Digital Ocean) effectively.
  • Debug Unix-based operating systems and IP networking at a granular level.
  • Handle both RHEL and Debian-based Linux distributions competently.
  • Manage Linux-based hypervisor systems and associated tools (KVM, Xen/XCP-ng, Proxmox, etc.).
  • Exhibit strong scripting capabilities in Bash and Python.
  • Have experience in Linux consulting, either as an employee or contractor.
  • Optimize performance, debug, and cluster Linux-based database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and SQL in general.
  • Possess high-level networking skills, including campus/enterprise networking, VLANs, VPNs, managed switches, overlay networks, and dynamic routing protocols.
  • Have software development experience in various programming languages.
  • Hold a technical diploma (CIS or CS) or higher.
