About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installation Assistant to join our team at MAPLE PRO FLOORING INC. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with precision and attention to detail.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the longevity of our flooring products.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to prevent accidents and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment to meet project deadlines.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to maintain the quality of our installations.
Work Environment

As a Floor Covering Installation Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.
